Bad coaching, stupid fouls, panicked offense = another lackluster first half. This is not a final four team.

I doubt we get much further than this game. Were back to playing like we played at the first of the season. Burdick hitting shots is the difference in the game. Hopefully she can keep hitting so we can win tonight. I doubt we win another game basketball IQ is to low. We refuse to play lock down defense. I don't even want to talk about Jones. Why does she even get to play?

They are packing the middle on defense, which means we have to make some outside shots and some threes. Not having Massengale is going to spell doom for this team. Teams will harass Harrison and we simply don't have a lot of dependable scorers. Burdick is scoring--and we desperately need her to score.

Jones would probably be a better volley ball player than basketball. She couldn't play if I was coaching she turns the ball over far more than she helps on defense. I would find the volley ball coach and ask him could he use her over there.

I hope we win at home hate to end season with a home loss. We'll get wiped out by Maryland if we play like this . I am almost certain we can't beat Louisville on their home court even if we manage to get to that game. I was getting ready to give Holly some coaching credit then we get this two game in a row.

We can't guard quick teams man-for-man: Russell, Burdick, Simmons get beat. Jones is an excellent defender, usually, but what she gives us on defense she takes away on offense. Same with Graves.

They're reverting back to their old ways and this is the worse possible time of the season to do that, it's just so frustrating watching them play like this.

Point production was ok defense was horrid. Were kinda playing matador defense waving at the player as she makes the shot.

Actually, it is. They didn't show up for any of the first halves of the SEC tournament. They will end up winning tonight by 20 when they come up big. However, that won't work against Maryland.

They could pressure the ball a lot more than they are doing should throw up a trap or two occasionally. Were just kinda letting them throw it around until they get ready to shoot. I'd get pressure on the ball and make them make some decisions.

I called that last 3 point shot they had before the half. I knew they would give it up and why Holly stayed in the zone to end the half mystifies me. They have had several teams hit three point shots to end the half..

Good call. I think they said that was her 3rd 3 for the year. She isn't the only poor shooter to do that against us.

I guess after seeing the men's team play some awesome defense get a little spoiled the girls don't seem intense at all.

I think that guy calling the game is bad luck for us. Hopefully we want see him anymore after tonight.

It's not that zone is the problem. The problem is they can't play zone for sh!t. They all look lost.

All these big girls and they are giving up layups all half? Smh...

Duke is a team with about 10 five star players that plays even worse than we do. They know nothing about playing defense. I wonder how that coach gets all those players to come there. She has almost ruined Elizabeth Williams who should have been a superstar but ended up at Duke just an average player.

They better remember that this is the NCAA tournament and not just some regular game you either win or you go home.
