I have a question... has anyone seen SCSPUR?!? They said they would make sure they came back to visit Sunday (I think they were implying that was when we lost)?!?

SCCCCCSPURRR where art thou’? We miss you oh sooooo much and you promised you would visit... 😞😞😞

We didn’t lose like you may have wanted but you promised you’d visit! 😉

I'm seeing less and less of other teams fans guess your team winning does that.

I think Coach K and Pat came from the same school of thought. I have heard them both say never such a thing as a bad win. Maybe things you can correct but a win is always good.

Not only a great win, but exciting game with a lot of top recruits there to watch. Nothing like winning to help with recruiting.

This team knows they could have played MUCH better and should have put the game out of reach much sooner. Three Freshmen on floor at the end of game and beating a higher ranked team! Great confidence builder!!!! They know that they belong in a game like this and mentally growing!! This is the beginning of a new era of women’s basketball at UT 😁

So happy for the Lady Vols!!!!

I got scared when Texas kept getting chances to take the lead, but for some reason never felt like Tennessee would let that happen -- and they didn't! That was amazing.

Obviously (and as expected) this game had its problems, and there's SO much that needs improving and developing...

But DANG! How 'bout those freshmen!!! And like I said a while back, Cheridene Green is going to help Tennessee a lot.

Nared and Russell really came through today, and I am especially happy for them.

Crazy game that showed flaws, yes, but a confidence-building win nonetheless.

GO LADY VOLS!!!!

You know hard to fault how the freshmen played today. This was a huge college game for them and the largest crowd they have played in front of. Overall they were 10 of 26 from the floor and 10 of 15 from the line. Also 7 Assist and 8 rebounds.
They will get better with the turnovers as they grow as players and get smarter in the college game. I think you will see much different players by the end of the season as far as taking care of the ball.
Still they contributed 32 points today and that is huge.

Exactly! They were for sure that we didn't have a chance and just know they would boast! Somewhere they are wishing they didn't say that and are truly worried about our match up in January!

Wow. Now, that was Lady Vols basketball. Nice win, great crowd. It was intense. I love this team. Thank you Russell for returning.

The possessions we lost on Ref calls cannot be ignored. Some were so obvious that it seemed that they were doing it on purpose especially that male Ref with the black hair. I have to think he is from Texas.
