Going back to man defense is the best decision Warlick has made this season. It had the team playing with intensity from tipoff to final buzzer. That doesn't happen with this team playing zone.

That was top 5 basketball there! There was a reason LVs were at #3 at the beginning of the season. Shows what they're capable of.

I agree. Man to man decision was the best option here. Most aggressive game to date. Hope it spills over from here on out.

the accountability should be on the crews,there is no continuity for the way they each call a game,so you never know how a game will be called

I really like the way the offense is playing right now a lot if inside out. They work hard to get it in there for twenty seconds of the shot clock then work for the best shot available. That is a very good strategy.

the comment that the game is now on tape and the players can see what can happen if one plays defense every position. What a refreshing game to watch. keep it up LVs

The way Simmons is playing now is the way she should have played all four years here. She is taking smart shots, taking it to the basket. Making great passes. She has been awesome in the last six games.

Maybe Holly has finally got to these players passing looks so much better. Strategy so much better. Jones not turning it over awesome.

There's going to be a dilemma for Warlick. They play better man with Carter and Reynolds. And, the team is better offensively balanced with Carter and Reynolds distributing the ball. Hopefully, Massengale is learning something on the bench. The smart move would be to move Massengale to the two with Simmons.
