Haggemann has kind of steadied the team. Plus she has made 14 they would'nt have if she wasn't playing. Her point guard play probably worth about 20 points to them in that half of play. They going to need to put the pressure on her and let someone else shoot the ball.

37 percent shooting it badly. They are at 47 percent. Spears three point shooting has kept this from being a few points behind.

Part of this is just one of those nights, or hopefully, one of those halves. Missed bunnies galore. Probably Coop's worst half of the season in all aspects. Thank goodness for Jewel, great to see her shooting this well and she's the only reason we're not down by 6-8 pts. But dang she's not moving well, leg seems very tender. She was really grimacing there at the end of the half. Very worrying.

The biggest part of what's happening is facing by far the best guard we've seen this year, by a country mile. Latson is a better pure scorer but nobody so far has come close to Hageman's handles and poise. Plus scoring chops. She's playing out of her mind right now. Our press is nothing but an opportunity for her. Quite a return. Also a preview of the guard play we're about to see in the top half of the SEC. So this is a good wake up call.

I still think the LVs will win fairly comfortably. They'll get lit up by CKC at halftime and athleticism and depth will rule the day. But it will have been a good test and wake up call. And man, good for Alex and for Hageman.

Maybe CKC should of let them watch Netflix on the bus.

Completely different team with Hagemann. They also had a bunch of injuries and no time to practice.

Not a good comparison. This was a good team least year and they are well coached
