Puckett and Darby will be burnt all year in the SEC. They both need to start making their 3's. Insell definitely knows how to coach and so far has a perfect gameplay. How will the UT staff counter?

I've said before, this system isn't "new". Coaches have seen it.

LOL and right on cue they quote Lazo as saying more teams don't play this way basically bc it's too hard and they're wuzzes unlike the noble LVs. BS. If they thought they could win more with it, at least some would do it. Most work very hard. That seems a little High School Harry to me.

The players that are defensive liabilities also happen to be our best 3pt shooters statistically. If they get less minutes, I don’t see the system being as effective.

Yeah, it should not take till midseason to figure out you stop penetraction to the basket. You don’t give up uncontested shots. There is no complexity in “getting it”.

So far this has been a perfect exhibit for those that have said this style won’t work at this level. I don’t know what to think but it is early in this game and the season.
