Not sure how you are arriving at that. The teams below us will also have losses since they will be playing each other, so it's not mathematically possible for us to fall to 8th place with 3 more losses. I think it's more likely that we will end up in 4th tied with MSST, but since we beat them we would have the tiebreaker.
Really don't want the bye or fifth place. Sixth would be fine with me if the record of 10 and 6 lands us there. Fourth or fifth puts you in the same bracket with SC don't want to play them again. I want to keep our 51 wins to 13 at present time as much as we can. Probably 51 to 15 in a couple of weeks. I think Pat lost to them once in her 28 year coaching career. Kellie has one win. Still a lot of rumbling about whether she will be allowed one more season or someone else will be coach next season. I am fine either way. I don't get hateful and say she is stealing money or playing with her hair. I think she has tried to do the job and has worked very hard at it without the results we need. I can accept her being fired for the results and other than an elite 2025 recruiting class which is not happening quickly enough. I am fine if someone else is coaching next season. Because without a top ten class were starting over again anyway.
Man, I've been looking at that wrong for a month. I rechecked and you're right, 5th goes in the bracket with 1st and 4th, 6th w 2nd and 3rd. And that's definitely what we would want. The thought of playing SC for a third time in a month, damn, what did we do to deserve?
I haven’t really seen any fight in this team at all, if they come out and have no heart or show a will to win all hope is lost if it’s not already. Rickea and Spear could possibly be the best 2 players on the floor and they need to show it. U can give Michael Jordan 4 players off the street and he will still play to win and think he will win, that’s the mindset they need to take.
