Tennessee is 51-13 over SC all-time. That’s humbling.

This is respect… Tennessee is the brand and face of the SEC.

You can tell when a old lame NV like the one above 👆shows back up after posting under another username pretending to have been taking a break…

Jewel Spear has been the LVs most efficient scorer, best ball handler, and elite three point shooter. During SEC play, even with an injured wrist she has earned SEC player of the week.. any NV claiming Rickea has to overcome SC alone is unhinged.
SC is the same team that scored 65 pts against NC lol.

Pili had her way against the lil Birdies.. imagine what a complete offensive player like Jewel Spear can do against SC tonight.

Put the ball in Jewel Spear hand tonight and there’s not a single player on this SC roster that can stop her. TK and Jill are the X-Factors. Lets gooooo!
Lets GBO🍊

Tennessee 78
SC 66
How about a friendly loser leave town if this happens. Tennessee wins (just wins
outright) I’ll leave the Lady Vols Basketball posting for 3 months from today. If SC wins, you can’t post here (Lady Vols Basketball Forum) until the day after the Women’s Championship game of the NCAAT.

You have until tip-off to accept. After tip no answer it’s off.

Accept by replying “ELITE” or deny by replying “SOFT” @WinnerCircle

How many to’s should we expect LV to commit in this game? Taking care of the ball and hitting shots is crucial.

Hopefully very few, if I know they will overplay the passing lanes I would hope the coaches emphasize this. Watch the passes to the post players in traffic and don’t bounce pass to any of them. Rickea is the only one that catch a pass in traffic.

South Carolina is ranked 52nd in turnover margin, at about +3 per game. They've forced 375ish turnovers and committed around 300 turnovers. They commit around 13 per game.

Tennessee is ranked 295th in turnover margin, at about -3 per game. They've forced around 300 turnovers and committed around 375 themselves. They commit around 16 per game.

In closing ... buckle up. It's gonna be a wild ride. Can always have a good game, of course, but 20-ish may not be out of the question.

Nikki McCray Pension was a part of both Tennessee and South Carolina programs . Both teams should be ready.
Since Dawn Staley and Nikki McCray Pension were teammates on team USA Team. Looking for both teams to give their Best effort to win.

And once again, the confirmation of us being consistently underwhelming will be on national TV. I swear KJH is cursed.

Maybe SC will hang their SEC championship banner and give out rings when we're there for the last game. They could hurry the production. Good times!

I’m going with USC 85 UT 68.

Keeping it under 20 is best case scenario imo. Anything better will be a bonus. Anything worse will be what it is.

I think TN needs Key to play more then 30mins tonight. Also i would not play her and Hollingshead together. The reason i say that is because someone will need to backup Key if she get's into foul trouble.

Honestly, I'd rather chew glass than go watch this game. But I'm going out of a sense of loyalty, maybe I can help absorb some of the punishment. If we keep it under 20 I'll be relieved.
I am kind of in the abandon all hope, ye who enter here phase as well.

So, I will be watching for "little victories," can we stay close, say within 10, through the first quarter, first half and so on.

Perhaps Dawn will forget to put her team on the court for a few minutes....

Yep, was just sitting here thinking about that. Worst case scenario is two quick ones on Tamari. She’s going to have to play well and about 30 minutes today.

I agree Jill is going to have to step up also, SC has size on size and if we can’t contain it, it’s going to be ugly. Once they get their inside/out game rolling they are hard to stop.

The only advantage we have going for us is that we can deploy our best defensive strategy. There will be no reason to pull Key out beyond the free-throw line. So we can be aggressive with our defense at the 3-point line and Key can clean up some blow byes. I fear that rebounding and turnovers will be our downfall.
