i was thinking the same thing UTjonez,hopefully all there pitchers will be arm weary,before they play the Lady Vols

Staying in the winner's bracket is an advantage, your team only plays only one game a day. Our ladies are playing well enough to win this thing, the timely hitting needs to improve. Proud of our ladies! :rock:

Yes Nebraska is gone. Tennessee playes the winner of Texas and Florida at 7:00pm. If Tennessee wins the game they are in championship game Monday. If the Lady Vols lose I guess they play right after the game is over because it would be Tennessee first loss. But I think the Lady Vols will win and go to the championship game Monday. It's a two out of three, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Go Lady Vols :rock:

While it is only women's softball, it is nice to see the Vols have success in some forum of athletics.

I don't mean any disrespect when I say "only" women's softball.

We all know football and basketball drive the revenue in college athletics. Men's baseball television ratings were basically at a zero last week, per the 104 5 zone radio station in Nashville.

Still fun to watch the Lady Vols play softball imo.

As long as Florida loses I don't care. Unless of course we win... Looks like we are going to advance further than Florida though.. (The Softball tourney is on tv here for the first time - I quite like my first taste of softball action!)

Not that I'm any kind of expert, but it appears to me that Luna's biggest strength is that she disguises her pitch well and gets batters to chase pitches out of the zone. Florida's batters bit all afternoon. If the Lady Vol batters exercise the same patience that they did against Washington's pitcher, I'd say they have an excellent chance to take the game this evening. Assuming that Luna gets the start for Texas.

she pitched pretty damn good earlier today,i watch a little bit of the game,they have a great defense to go along with her pitching,the Lady Vols are going to need some good hitting to win this one
