I don’t have a problem with this guy getting his panties in a wad over Trump, Fox, and whoever not taking the virus as seriously as he thinks they should. That’s his right just like it is my right to say that he’s an absolute freaking moron, only I wasn’t thinking freaking, to compare the virus to 9/11 happening every day. Virus that kills indiscriminately. Terrorist attack on American soil. Virus. Terrorist attack. This same moron would go nuts if we said something about not believing a single person like Blasey Ford but a terrorist attack killing thousands? No biggie. You have previously stated that you called the Russian ambassador on orders of someone from Mr. Trump's team. Phone records confirm you had a call from Mar-a-Lago and that whent he call ended you immediately then called the Russian ambassador.

Who was it that told you to call the Russian ambassador to discuss removing the sanctions for interfering in the 2016 election?

Did this person ever make any comment to you which indicated, one way or another, whether Mr. Trump was aware of the order to call the Russian ambassador?

Why did you deny to the FBI, barely a month later, about the contents of that call?

Unfortunately, I don’t have all your answers LG as I wasn’t part of the discussion and there are facts to which we are not all privy. I have to believe that, since the FBI actually had a recording of the call, if there was something problematic that it would have come to light whether through the pursuit of Flynn, Mueller’s investigation, or some kind of whistleblower or leak. I don’t get the FBI asking Flynn about the conversation when they already knew what he said. Does that make sense to you?

In some ways this scenario sure sounds similar to Obama saying he would have flexibility after the election. No doubt there are differences but this definitely has a familiar ring to it.

Flynn gets the call from Mar-a-Lago, then immediately calls the Russian ambassador. Let's assume, as seems reasonable, that the FBI has that as a consequence of FISA warrants.

They know that during this call, which occurs right after the first call, that Flynn is working to undue sanctions against Russia, and at someone's direction. Kush? Trump via Kush???

If you are the FBI and you want to find out who is behind this effort to help Russia, AND WHY, you are going to need some errand runner like Flynn to flip.

He didn't. But he lied to Pence about it, too. Someone trying to put some daylight between themselves and Flynn???? So fire Flynn and try to give appearance that he acted on his own ?

Flynn now sees light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe he is now willing to tell someone who told him to call the Russians..... And here is Barr to the rescue. The pressure to save himself is off.

Also makes sense. And explains everything. And he keeps quiet.

Is it possible your scenario is valid? Sure. It’s also possible the stuff being thrown out by Rush and other right wing media is entirely accurate. We’ve already seen several people caught in lies so they could easily be part of a coup against Trump. The truth could also be somewhere in the middle. That’s why I agree any public reviews of this situation would be quite interesting. I tend to believe the right wing side of it but I’m willing to admit it could be because of my political bias and I try to keep my eyes and ears open to all scenarios, whether I like them or not.
