had a meltdown Sunday during his “Reliable Sources” program over the fact that President Trump and the “right wing media” were spending so much time writing about and/or commenting on the Justice Department’s
decision to drop the case against Trump’s former national security adviser Gen. Michael Flynn.
“They’re treating the Michael Flynn story like it’s a bigger deal than the deaths of 2,000 Americans a day,” Stelter stated indignantly, outraged that conservatives were not interested in moving on from the blockbuster news of Barr’s decision as quickly as he and his network were.
As Joe Biden would say, this story really is a big f***in’ deal, but of course that’s not the way Stelter sees it, because media narratives and what not.

not that conservatives and Trump were not focusing on the Wuhan coronavirus death toll every day:
Let me translate that for you. He doesn’t want to cover a story that pushes back on his network’s four-year-long false narrative, so he’s instead going to virtue signal while standing on the dead and proclaim caring about government corruption means you want grandma to die.
