Williams beat two ranked teams last season, the same as CJ Stroud. Hooker was pretty much done as a Heisman contender after the UGA game. And it was a joke that Stetson Bennett was even invited to New York, let alone be a serious candidate to win.
What poll are you referencing. Ucla finished 9-4 and was unranked in the cfp rankingsUCLA was ranked 16th when USC beat them and they finished the year ranked 21st in both major polls.
Williams is a joke this year. I loved watching him cry his eyes out last week, and will enjoy watching him cry like a child when Oregon makes him totally irrelevantWilliams beat two ranked teams last season, the same as CJ Stroud. The graphic you keep posting is not ESPN’s playoff rankings. It’s a list of teams in contention for the CFP with their probability of making the playoffs based on their remaining schedule. Nothing more, nothing less.I did not say it contained cfp rankings. I said it was espns playoff rankings. You totally missed the point I wad trying to make
Final rankings come out at the end of the year, after ga won ucla was unranked. Quoting rankings in December is dishonest but I have no doubt you already researched it and saw ucla finished unrankedI was referencing the AP and Coaches poll. But, you’re incorrect in saying that UCLA didn’t finish ranked in the CFP rankings. They were 18th when the final rankings were released in December.
No me liking him makes no difference. I believe Hooker, Stroud, and Bennett had better years. Stroud would have been my choice since st made it to the playoffs and williams did not even win the pac 12. Caleb's team is unranked right now and will probably lose to Oregon tonight. Heisman winners usually beat somebodyOk so basically you don’t like Williams so that means that he shouldn’t have won the Heisman.
