Actually it went exactly as I predicted.
Baker Mayfield and Oklahoma started with all the momentum. I suspected the news of his illness would give them the early edge while Georgia would be on their heels.
Then I said Georgia would take over and dominate. Now I didn't think Oklahoma's momentum would last the entire first half. I thought Georgia would take over in the second quarter but instead it took them till the third quarter to dominate.
Once the third quarter hit you saw the real Georgia. They totally dominated Oklahoma until a flukey fumble by Sony Michel gave momentum back to the Sooners. But just like champions do, Georgia responded and finished the game out in OT by dominating.
Georgia is exactly who I thought they were. The soon to be national champions.

I know y'all were scared in the first half. I was 100% right about everything I said. Georgia was running Bama out of the building.
Unfortunately I never foresaw a true freshmen QB who barely played all season coming in and turning in the greatest performance ever by a player in relief in a championship game.
I dare any of you to say you thought that would happen?
My football analysis based on what was known was 100% right.
So, you knew the GA-OU -- that you, and only you, were able to predicted OU would start strong, but that GA would make a strong comeback for the win, even after you predicted a blowout.
And for GA-Bam game -- you predicted a most-certain GA win, but unfortunately there was no tape available / no possible way anyone could have predicted that Bama would figure out a way to stay in the game and score some points, in the 2nd half.
Great game, Coach Pruitt ! Way to keep GA mainly-contained score-wise for the first half, and way to mainly-crush them in the 2nd.
