Ok, tell us how you come to the conclusion that team who has played players significantly throughout the year to replace those who will be leaving but has all the key components covered will somehow dip back to 9-3? Last year's recruiting class was number 3 and they will be sophomores next year with an incoming freshman class full of studs. Enlighten me?
What do you think your record will be next year?
Why is it irrational to think a team who loses 75% of their starters on D and their top 3-4 playmakers on offense will take a step back? Also factor in you guys were essentially injury free this year.
1. 75% of starters on D? Roquan, Ledbetter and Thompson are draft eligible but haven't said anything yet. They do lose Bellamy and Carter but several games have shown that Walter Grant and Deandre Walker create more pressure. They lose Parrish but after last night, tough to be upset about that and Lecounte will be an upgrade to Sanders. If Roquan does leave, got a little something for that too .. hard to fill those enormous shoes but Monty Rice is going to be REALLY good.
2. On offense, Swift has shown he may be better than Sony and Chubb and that ain't just UGA fans saying it. They also played Holyfield this year a lot who has a TON of talent. Bringing in Cook and Zamir White, who they are saying should be healthy by Fall camp, and the backfield is stocked as usual. WRs are still led by Godwin, Ridley (huge plays last night), a new guy named Jeremiah Holloman and maybe even freshman Kearis Jackson.
3. On offense still, they lose Isaiah Wynn off the OL but the OL will still be better next year and deeper .. a big, bad, mauling OL will always make an offense even better than what it may be.
4. I am seeing an 11-1 regular season and another trip to the SECCG. UT and AU come to Athens and AU is not going to be the same team next year. USuCk is good but UGA is still a FAR more talented team and they will be losing some big time players as well.
People have made a big deal about all the seniors on UGAs team but honestly, there are far less of them that made an impact than some would hope. And, unlike Malzahn, UGA has done a lot to prepare the next group coming in making sure they get a lot of playing time.
Really? Zeus is the best back in the country and Cook is number 3 and they have Swift who many believe is the best in the backfield currently.
Not sure how you are coming to these conclusions.

I don't think there's going to be a huge drop off, but at the same time, they were the NCAA all time leading rushing duo. The new guys need to show a little before we can call it a seamless transition.
1. Yes, around 75%. Im assuming Roquan is going. I know you want to minimize what youre losing, but if Roquan leaves along with all the other seniors that defense is getting gutted. A whole lot of production to replace, although the replacements are talented.
2. Swift looks good but lets not get ahead of ourselves there. Little different being the 3rd option and the one teams are focused on.
3. OL should still be very good
4. AU wont be the same team next year but neither will Georgia. You guys lose more than they do.
I knew D4H was going to come in here and say I was only wrong bc Tua. Hes the best QB since Josh Dobbs.
Just admit you were wrong without qualifying it, and stop being a baby
I was 100% right in my football analysis.
The Alabama team we saw all year was dominated by the Georgia team we saw all year.
The fact a backup who barely played all year turned in the best one half of football we've ever seen in a championship game was the anomaly that could not have been foreseen.
