Ghosts..... Have you ever seen them?

Anyone watch the "Ghost Hunters" (TAPS) last night? I tried, but it board the crap out of me. "Eww did you hear that? shhh. did you hear that? over and over... I turned on the walking dead show. Anyone else watch that?

Walking Dead is the shiz. There's a thread on it somewhere.

So does anyone believe in zombies?

Nope I don't, but I do believe I would thrive in that kind of world! it's like someone already said, good bye car payments ect and get to shoot things. A lot.

So my niece says she sees what she describes as a "yucky man" in her play room. She's 3, mind you, so I think it can be taken at face value, as "story telling" usually isn't active at that age.

She just says he's "yucky", and that he doesn't talk or play. Pretty neat stuff.

This thread officially gave me the creeps. Sitting alone in my house right now isn't helping. I've never really experienced anything myself, but I do get creeped out sometimes at my grandparents' house. My grandmother's brother was killed in Vietnam, so in the living room is a picture of him hanging right above a case containing his american flag and medals. Well the picture is in black and white and the white balance in the picture makes it quite bright, almost giving him an aura of sorts. At night, there is a night light so people can see when going through the living room (Tipton County dark ain't no joke). Several times I have passed that picture in that dim light and had my mind start playing tricks on me like he was in the room or something.

You people need to post more stories....I love this stuff. I'd like to go on a paranormal investigation sometime....I think it would be interesting.

I've always believed in them. I have heard knocks and footsteps in my house before, but who knows?

I remember my friends got me to go to this haunted cemetery near here. When we got there there was a paranormal investigation team already there. They let us join their investigation and while we were out there one of them freaked out said someone scratched him. He pulled his shirt up and there were about 4 scratch marks going down his back. I wanted to gtfo

sounds like you need to stay out of her play room

I'm of the opinion that they exist, most of us just aren't tuned into their presence.

They're baaaaackk.

Are these "ghosts" really angels, or demons....or imagination?

If they are "ghosts" in the traditional sense, where do their clothes come from?

Where are all of the Native American ghosts? Neanderthals?

How come only some deaths produce ghosts, while others do not?

From a theological perperspective - which "side" (God or satan) do you think would most benefit from purporting some myth of ghosts (hint: that when you die you just sort of hang around here on earth and watch over your loved ones, possibly offering some comfort to them....and neither going to heaven nor hell)? Is that an important consideration when speaking of dis/belief in ghosts?
