Ginsburg, 85, hospitalized after fracturing 3 ribs in fall

That isn't how the scotus works....Should Scalia have bailed out when his health slipped?

if your health is at a point it affects your thought process or any meds that you take for it does then yes they should . They have the final say in the laws of the land . Would you want a brain sergeon working on you if they are in bad health or taking meds that alter their thoughts ? Both a pretty important occupations with a lot of responsibility .

He’s got a medical condition that requires mind altering meds ? You aren’t suggesting that drinking beer when he gets home from work or on the weekends prevents him from being a judge are you ? Nah you wouldnt do that .

You made the claim Scalia's health slipped. There was no indication he was even ill when he died...specifically of natural causes.

Hence, talking out your ass. Sesame Street explanation is over.

I believe Podesta referred to it as "wet works" in reference to Scalia. But hey, I'm just a crazy conspiracy theorist who read all of Podesta's leaked emails.

Murdered or not, he still showed no signs of ill health.

Unlike some Justices...

So peddling the theory that he was murdered isn't talking out your ass?

It could be argued that RBG's cancer is just as natural a cause as Scalia's COPD, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, obesity, diabetes and joint disease were natural causes. Though some of those could have been attributed to the fact he was a smoker @VolStrom .

Yet, he also was showing no signs of ill health and to my knowledge, didn't miss any days of arguments at the SCOTUS. Have you seen the most recent interview of Ginsburg? The woman doesn't look or sound well at all. Her mental faculties are likely still there, but with Scalia, you knew they were there.

I didn't know him, but I'd take RBG's health over his (now and then). I don't understand what you mean by showing signs, it appears that he was showing plenty of signs to his physician.

Aside from a difference in opinion, what makes you believe that there could be issues with her mental faculties?
