They don't need an appointment. With RBG and her clerks gone the court loses most of its left lean power. RGB carries a lot of gravitas with the media as well as the court....whether you like it or not, she'll be impossible for the left to replace. You could bring up HIllary or Michelle but neither are close to the legal mind.

Say Joe does win in November, I still don't think he appoints Hillary or Michelle to SCOTUS. Neither has been in a courtroom or practiced in decades.

Its more a question of precluding Trump from appointing simply another Bill Barr clone, that is, a complete Trump arse kisser with ZERO integrity or intellectual honesty.

You can bet that after the last few decisions Trump will have a purely political litmus test for any additional appointment -- will you do exactly what I tell you to do and praise me every moment of the day like I am Jesus?

If you saw his incoherent and rambling presser yesterday, you have to come to grips with the fact that he must be removed from office ASAP before he does any further harm to the country.

Both of these guys probably don't survive hell week to be honest, but this would make a hell of a reality show.
Put both sides through some sort of training, then let them have at each other in paint ball and other war games. Would be hilarious.

Robotics engineer you say? That’s just a branch of control systems which is my field. I’ve got some bad news for you on what us engineers think about this admin if you’re under the impression that “intellectuals” are by large against the Trump admin.
