So let me get this straight
a girl marries someone who willfully engages in expensive procedures to get pregnant.
Then that girl becomes pregnant, obviously due to the nature of her career, fully aware to her spouse, she is unable to work. The spouse out of the blue files for an annulment to the marriage, resulting in the girl suing for temporary support to cover the expenses of life and pregnancy that both parties willfully entered into. How is this crazy, or ill rational of Glory?

Maybe the annulment was related to how she became pregnant?

Okay, I get that LGBT sexuality gets a lot of folks flustered. But, just because Glory married a women does not mean that she could not have had an affair with a man and gotten pregnant in a classically low tech fashion.

Given Griner's immediate filing for annulment (and the fight), it is not inconceivable that there could have been a serious violation of their vows.

no one has ever stated such, according to both parties, it was a planned procedure and entered jointly, one must only assume, that Griner willfully encouraged, and supported Glory in the expansion of the family and knew she was accepting responsibility as bread winner in the next year or so. It is certainly not abnormal if you take the gay part out, and sadly Glory is an abandon pregnant spouce, and I predict will have a longer professional career than Brittney, who has serious issues, not Glory

Yep, I was off base. I missed the interviews that Glory and Brittany did explaining their situation. Just came across them now. Sorry about that. MTV

TMZ says that Griner busted Johnson texting her ex boyfriend and that is what started all the drama.

I wonder if they will show up on Maury for a paternity test? :ermm:

From today's USAToday article;

Earlier this year, Johnson said in an interview with The New York Times that she is not a lesbian but was attracted to Griner.

“I’m not a lesbian,” Johnson said. “But Brittney is different.”

“Glory is straight,” Griner said in the May 11 interview. “That was another reason why I thought this could end really bad.”

Apparently it was a slow motion train wreck right from the beginning.

If I were Griner I would demand a paternity test if one hasn't already been done. Just because you have the IVF procedure doesn't mean it took. Of course Britney is not related to the child either way, but it might make a difference legally. Who knows. It is all new territory and it will take the divorce courts a while to figure out who to screw over when there isn't a man to blame.

If they went the usual sperm donor route, do they keep their DNA profiles on file...and would they be able to subpoena it? Doesn't sound like a legal option.

I wonder how many members of the current Lady Vols basketball roster are homosexual? It might be a good thing to know, because there could be another Griner/Johnson type situation down the road that we can look forward to.

Glory really looks terrible in this, no matter how you slice it. Lady Vols and all we stand for can surely do without this.

I don't have all the info (nor should I), but this is not good for the program. Not good at all.
