Baylor stared a win in the face .....an upset of the #4 team in the polls.....and just wilted. All they needed was to get a first down to win the game. Horrible play calling.

Baylor qb had a man wide open 7 yards in front of him and chose to run!

Yes, so glad we no longer have a coach like that (playing not to lose), most of the time, you lose when you coach that way. Butch Jones was the master at playing not to lose.

Sometimes CJH scares me with how aggressive he is (esp on 4th downs) but I like it a lot more than the opposite.

I’m not sure it works that way on field goals. Could be wrong. Couldn’t TCU just have kicked it.

TCU is exactly where they deserve to be at #4. 10-0 in a Power 5. Dont get me wrong, there are several teams behind them that are better, including our Vols, but this is how the CFP system is played. Don't like it but if you go undefeated in any Power5 and you are highly highly likely going to be ahead of any 1 loss team. Just the way it works. AND this game today will add MORE credibility to them, not less, just based on the "cinderella" finish. I mean, who does not like Cindy?

TCU is this years version of last years Cinn Bearcats that happened to skate thru the regular season undefeated and gets embarrassed in the play offs.
