I don't care the style. The team looked coached today and the trash talk was at a minimum. We played some D, cared for the ball, and Hopson went to the hole. We can win doing that. Chism was dumb as a brick and we still won. Most contributed and player to their strengths. I liked it.

That's valid, but I thought KUs defense was pitiful and that was the turnover story. Henry doesn't defend nor do Morningstar or Collins. That's part of their repeated tight games this season. They also way underutilize Aldrich.

KUs FT shooting was equally awful.

And surprisingly, KU rarely showed any patience for a good shot. Their D also let them down on our big possessions, save McBee's miracle. That was one where you just say "too good."

Repeated tight games? What was the score for KU vs #18 Temple? 84-52, 9 days ago. We played well, and out coached them. The players hit 3's, which they have to do for us to win, and we won the turnover game by a big margin, the credit for which goes to CBP. Kansas isn't bad. We are good. You are wrong in your CBP assessment and here is yet more proof of that that you choose to ignore. A real CBB fan would know that wins like this are huge, because getting to or beyond a sweet 16 is so much easier with a great seed. Even a halfway fan would love it for the style of exciting play and the success. But yet you still give CBP no credit. Just quit already. Hang you tail and skulk like hat.

What was the score of the Cornell game a couple days ago?

BPV does not hate Pearl nor do I. We both have simply questioned his philosophy and its ability to achieve at the highest level. For God's sake, enjoy this win and knock it off with trying to make an argument that BPV and everyone who has ever said anything remotely negative about Pearl is a "hater." I think I can speak on BPV's behalf and say that we are all very proud of this win.

Would you use similar methodology to talk about how good USC is? Similarly, does this single loss mean Self sucks? If both answers are no, as they should be, then you're using this single game in the dumbest way imaginable.
