The low income housing and the chemical treatment plant that are being built. He comes from there and becomes the joker when he falls in the chemicals.

That I don't know I was just talking about the way they split up Arkam city. One of the origins have him as a comedian but most have him involved with the mob or being the red hood.

I know in the comics it ever happened this way (mostly because she didn't come till the TV show), but I have this crazy feeling that "Liza" the singer Fish got is gonna end up being Harley Quinn. No idea why.

Bette Kane was Bat-Woman, as opposed to Bat-Girl. Not the same characters ftr.

Scratch that. I'm confusing characters in my head. Bette Kane was the original Bat-Girl, pre-Barbara Gordon. It was her aunt, whose first name is escaping me atm, that was Bat-Woman. Kathy Kane maybe? Anyway, Bette later takes up a different costume identity as Flamebird and joins the Teen Titans.

It's been several years since I read any comics, so my memory gets fuzzy sometimes.

Read somewhere that Tommy Elliot would make an appearance. Tommy was a childhood friend of Bruce that grows up to be the villain Hush.

Yeah, supposedly Bette Kane played by Sara Paxton shows up in the next episode according to IMDB. Take that with a grain though because we've seen what The Walking Dead does with IMDB. They like to play games together.
