I'm addicted. I like how the writers showed Bruce's reason for vigilante justice. He saw and admired ballonman. I am loving this show!

I thought the first show was done really well. the second week was kind of bad and then they come back this week with a really good show.

I sure hope it stays. I think it is far better than SHIELD personally which I'm surprised is still rolling.

‘Gotham’ Gets Full-Season Order At Fox

On the heels of Gotham setting a record for Live+7 lift in adults 18-49, the superhero drama has been given a full-season order by Fox. Gotham already had a larger-than-normal 16-episode original order, so it has now been picked up for six more episodes to bring its total to a full-season 22. (Standard order sizes are 13 for initial order and nine for back order.) Gotham joins another breakout freshman drama, ABC’s How To Get Away with Murder, and fellow ABC newbie, comedy Black-ish, which were awarded full-season pickups last week. No decision yet on Fox’s other new fall series, Red Band Society and Mulaney, which have struggled, though Red Band tied Gotham for the biggest Premiere Week percentage gain (82%).

Gotham, a Batman universe origin story, is tied as Monday night’s No. 1 drama among adults 18-49, and its debut jumped to a 6.0 rating in the demo in Live+7, only a tenth behind HTGAWM as the second-highest-rated drama telecast during Premiere Week. It was Fox’s highest-rated fall drama debut in 14 years.

TV, stars Ben McKenzie, Donal Logue and Jada Pinkett Smith. “Gotham debuted as one of the most buzzed-about shows of the fall, and with good reason,” said Fox TV Group chairmen Dana Walden and Gary Newman. “Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon have created an incredibly rich world, with characters that draw you in and a cast that brings to life these heroes and villains in a way we’ve never seen before.”

I'm set after this last episode to give it a full season. Penguin is already showing himself as one of the better villains in the show, and is giving me a bit more respect for him in the comics and older works.
