I always knew Peyton carried a huge load, but I do have some newfound sympathy for those that argue for him in the Tom Brady debate.

No wonder his damn neck was hurting him. Surprised his back didn't give out years ago.

Well, I knew this was coming. Guess I didn't realize just how bad our team is.

Tom Brady goes out in 2008 and Cassel, a guy who hadn't started a game since High School goes for almost 3700 yards, 21 TD, 11 INT. Pats post a record of 11-5. Brady was missed, but not crucial. People knew this before Manning went out, so I don't know why folks are surprised.

Bellichick is the Patriots. Not Brady.

Playing devils advocate... Cassel knew the Patriots system and wasn't at the ass end of his career. Peyton could literally change the plays to his liking and washed up Collins comes in after being with the team for like a week. Peyton is clearly the difference between playoff/championship contender but the team with an adequate QB should still be able to win 4-8 games. They might be lucky to win one

Speaking of bad teams... Chiefs. Omg... they may as well draft Luck if given the option. Their offense can't score and the defense is getting lit up. Plus Charles out for the season. Chiefs will probably have the worst record in the NFL judging by the first two games

It's a three way race between indy, seattle and kc at this point.

Yep.

I still think that Indy can improve if they stick with Collins. He's a vet with weapons and just needs to get some timing down. As a Titans fan, I'm fine with them being down.

The problem is they didn't have a game plan... It was peyton running a no huddle, by the seat of his pants system.

Seriously don't see how any team can be worse than Seattle after today.

The Colts aren't worse than KC and Seattle. I don't think it's even close at this point.

No EB or Charles in KC and Seattle has literally nothing. Seattle has fewer playmakers than KC.

Chiefs(0-2)

41-7 vs. Buffalo - Loss
48-3 vs. Lions - Loss

That's not just losing... that's blown out. And even though Buffalo and Detroit are 2-0, did you see how bad they were the past few seasons?

It's possible other teams will finish with a worse record than KC but as of now, they are hands down as embarrassing as the 0-16 Lions.

Both those teams are legit playoff contenders, but those are still awful scores

KC had a lot of good luck, or whatever you choose to call it, last year.

Loss of Charlie Weiss hurt them that much?

That and they had an extremely easy schedule last year.

While we're on the subject does anyone think Kerry will reach Dan Fouts on the all time passing list this season?
