Great job by Travis Ford today

Looks like I'll be speaking with you all season then. Kiffin has quickly become Public Enemy No.1 in the SEC. For the record, I'll be pulling for the Vols when they play Florida, but man, I think it's gonna be ugly.

Thanks for proving my point.
We're a win by Creighton away from being rid of you for a long time.

Truer words were never spoken. He was fun to watch.

On a side note, I went to college in KY and the guy next door/dorm room to me was so upset when the cat's ncaa probation hit the news he posted an ultimatum on his door declaring 'we'll be back!' and was openly weeping. Scary. I fully understood UK b-ball passion at that point.

Basketball is definately a passion in Kentucky, just as football is in Alabama. Although I find Kentucky fans to be much more polite. I think Coach Fulmer would agree.

Once again I find you to speak in circles. Nevertheless, if Creighton defeats the Cats, you can start a thread and I'll respond.

I think Ford is in his first year at OSU. Firing the previous coach, wasn't that popular in Stillwater, looks like he will be able to silence the critics for a while.

Eddie Sutton left KY in disgrace on to Ok St and took them to new heights. Could Ford leave Ok St for the bluegrass in a triumphant return? Stay tuned folks...

If you think what happened today was an "upset", you're an idiot.
You seem to be pretty upset about it. I think that qualifies. As for the game, the underdog won thus making it an upset. Hey man, I didn't create the terms. If you don't like it, call Las Vegas and complain to them.

Use some common sense. You're just trying to act like some B.A. mofo when you know exactly his point.

This is coaching, boys:

Even though it was a transition season in Stillwater - Ford estimates that he's installed perhaps 60 percent of his offensive and defensive systems - Oklahoma State was finally back playing with the big boys. His feistiness seemed to rub off on the Cowboys, giving them an edge they'd lacked.

Ford's fiery demeanor temporarily cost them on Friday.

Unhappy over his team's early effort, he told an assistant coach he was going to get a technical to fire up his players. He angrily complained about a call during a timeout and got a technical from Mike Sanzere. The two free throws were part of a five-point spurt that gave Tennessee its biggest lead at 32-25. Ford berated Sanzere after tearing into his players.

"I wanted to get it," he said of the technical. "I told them: 'You guys have got to get as fired up as I am now.'"

Tennessee was the lower seed.

The two teams were very evenly matched.

Similar styles.

2 pt favorite is essentially even.

I can't believe I even have to explain this.

yeah UK should take a page out of his book. Have fun in the NCAA tournament (Court 2 edition).

It was an upset that #8 seed lost to a #9 seed, but most people following BB thought it was a toss-up. Pretty sad, when OSU was a middle of the pack Big 12 team most of the year.

Outcoaching Pearl has proven nearly impossible. We had the size advantage all season and took more 3s than I can ever remember. Genius that Ford.

What would you Einsteins call it when the team favored by 2 points loses? It may be a mild upset, but when the underdog wins, it's an upset.

I'm still waiting to hear someone's criteria for upset.

I will enjoy watching the Cats on Monday, thanks.

I guess it's back to the girls sports for you. Those Lady Vols are always fun to watch.

Seriously - enough with the retard act - we know you're not THAT idiotic even if a lot of Cat fans are.

How are you accounting for the bookmakers getting it wrong. Maybe you'll tell us about the bookies simply laying off the odds? Maybe more OSU people bet than UT. Maybe the smart people knew this team doesnt have the mentality to win big games and certainly not tough games.

It doesn't take much sense to make your semantics game look absolutely retarded.
