Yep, he definitely know what buttons to push. As long as the players buy in he will be successful.

I love his sense of humor. Between the Wing T joke and the the wife's 3rd choice line the guy has a definite charm and sense of timing. That should serve him well long term.

Yes, for sure. He's not as awkward as Les Miles... but, his accent and cadence is nearly identical, imo.
