Maynard from Tool and A Perfect Circle has a really good voice. Probably my pick.

I like some of the unique voices like Billy Corgan from Smashing Pumpkins and James Hetfield from Metallica. Blanking on AC/DC's lead singer at the moment. I like all of their voices as well.
