Considering Elvis is #3 and Ray Charles is #2 on Rolling Stones Top 100 Singers of all time and that Little Richard is at #12. I don't really have a problem with including him. At this level it is merely a matter of personal preference anyway. An example of which is Aretha Franklin is ranked #1 in there list. Top 15 in mine, but definitely not #1.
