Grimm

I just thought it was crazy lame how Kenneth could beat the crap out of Captain Renard, who is a Zauberbiest, with not much effort, and it's implied he is the one who killed Nick's mother and obviously that wasn't with much trouble. But Nick is able to somewhat easily dispatch him.

And I'm not buying that Nick was just so enraged about his mother. Just a really sloppy way to wrap that whole thing up. And people better stay dead. If they start messing with people dying but not really dying, then this show has officially jumped the shark.

The only "resurrection" I'd be ok with would be Kelly Burkhardt, everyone else can suck it. I'll keep a glimmer of hope deep in me that she's not really dead.

Just realized Woo was a bad guy in Tropic Thunder

I did not know that, what guy?

Loved how he didn't hesitate to blast that guy with the shotgun. :)

Yeah, I'm a bit surprised they are at least it looked like killing of the FBI wesen lady so quick.

Yup, and the whole everyone else thinking he was loosing it was cut way to short. I think they could have played that angle a little longer. If there is one thing that they do wrong with this show is they resolve some of these things way too quick. Like the zombie Nick from 2 years ago, they could have played it up a little more, but instead wrapped it up in what 2 episodes?

They didn't wrap anything up. The FBI lady said it's war. Her character apparently died, but it looks like the whole thing is just kicking off

I'm guessing Juliet was the one in the weird jail cell thing that the Resistance guy was guarding. For him to be with the FBI lady is just weird. I've always thought he was a good guy.

I think this signals the end of the typical kill a Wessen and slightly move the plot along strategy of the initial seasons. This one will be totally different.

I was aiming that at people thinking he was nuts.

That would of been boring. They've slow rolled the Royal Family/history stuff for too long. Get into the meat of that story and then see where the show goes from there IMO. You've got that, the Trubel story, Adalind and the baby, Juliet and, after that episode, likely Nick's mom to resolve. No need to carry on a story line we already the ending to.

So I'm guessing Juliet might not really be dead.

No, she's really dead and nobody really cares that she is either. Her character was so boring and her and Nick never had real chemistry.

I'm still pissed they killed his mom off like they did. Even if she was working on another show they could have brought her in for a day or two and filmed an awesome fight scene that ended in her death.

I thought Friday's episode was pretty stupid and boring.

That was like an old school Grimm episode like back before they attempted to make the story line more complex. I kind of miss those episodes where they discover new wesen each week honestly. They need to go back to their roots where Nick is actually fighting.

Maybe but those kids were such bad actors it made me hate them; and the guy that played the dead woman's husband was the worst actor that's been on the show.

Did you expect them to get a Golden Globe winner to play someone who is only going to say ten words? :ermm:

Bailey Chase Gets ‘Grimm’

Longmire alum Bailey Chase has lined up two recurring roles — on David Lynch’s upcoming Twin Peaks follow-up series for Showtime and on NBC’s supernatural cop drama Grimm.

On Grimm, Chase plays Lucien Petrovich, the leader of a Wesen revolutionary group.

The Rat King was weird. They rushed the story line along to me, but I enjoyed the theory of it. I'll admit I'm the oddball here and I'm more interested in the other side of the show than the weekly wesen.

Well, I liked the weekly wesen because you typically got more violence and fight scenes. In the early seasons there was some awesome choreography between Nick and other wesen characters and it's like they've moved away from that. There were also some great fight scenes with Nick and Monroe pairing up. The impending wesen uprising sounds pretty interesting.

I liked the fight scenes too, but I don't know why they can't do more two part wesen scenes to continue to move the rest of the story along. If you're going to rush the whole thing like Friday's, just don't do it. Especially for something that promote as only mythical. Would've loved to get more of the story about the Rat King from Rosalee and Monroe. They were so amazed by it, yet the whole thing lasted five minutes.

Rosalee and Monroe knew as much as anyone else about the rat king from what I gathered. Monroe just stood there and was like, "huh, it does exist". Do we assume the electric shock permanently disabled their ability to create the rat king again? It was kind of funny if you think about it. They take down the rat king and they're like, alrighty then. :)
