Where did you get your law degree?

How far from the facility does this apply? 5 miles, 10 miles, 20 miles, 100 miles? Define unsecured? In a garage with the door locked is unsecured? Was the door locked/unlocked? The homeowner was present when it was stolen, so is that unsecured? Should the homeowner locked all of his guns up with an escaped murderer on the loose? What liability does the state have in this? They had him in custody.

If a garage is good enough for top secret documents while an elected official, i would think its good enough to secure a gun. a garage would be far more secure than piece of clothing I have seen.

Why is this person not being impeached in NM? The NM legislature should be progressing bills for this to happen. She took an oath to uphold the Constitution and is willfully going against her oath.

The democrat davidians are after trump for denying people their Constitutional rights. How is this any different?

But if she doesn’t rescind this order, it’s going to be challenged in federal court.

If struck down will it not just create more precedent, thereby strengthening gun rights?

Wtf ? Are you delusional? So anytime there’s a criminal on the loose now we must unload and lock away all of our firearms just in case that criminal might want to break into our house ? Shouldnt we also do the same with our knives , forks , lawnmower blades , shovels , hammers …etc . I think Nurse has one of those metal fingernail files , I need to tell her to lock it it when she leaves the house .
