I don't like suspending or banning people, especially ones that I feel like are good contributors to the board but I am over it. I am putting the moderation staff on alert that ANYONE who attacks another poster personally will be suspended. If you all want to fight, take it up in PM. If any of you see a post where someone is flaming or attacking another poster, please send it to me or a moderator. The easiest way is to click on the "report" button beside the post in question.

Whether you are a Fulmerite or a Negavol keep your debates on the subject and not on each other.

That really depends. If I know you are joking around it's fine but a couple of times a flame war has erupted and then people claim later to be "only kidding". Use your best judgment.
