I don't see how Bama fans would be proud of it. The commercial seems to make fun of them if anything.

No, a fat woman coming out of an elevator following a pig named rocky top is making fun of someone. The roll tide commercial should never be mentioned by ut fans after that espn masterpiece.

Yeah, keep telling yourself that. Fact of the matter is, ESPN is a huge recruiting tool. You don't think high school players watch ESPN? You don't think they pay attention to what schools are being talked about etc? Also, they might be laughing at the "redneck trash" in New York, but to the good ole boys who are looking for a school to play for, it's nothing to them. Again, an advantage considering Bama mainly recruits in the South.

The bottom line is, the NCAA should crack down on ESPN showing favoritism to certain teams. If they're all about leveling the playing field now, this should be an issue for them.

And for the record, I think the commercial is pretty funny.

I can see it now. "He coulda gone anywhere in the country, but he chose bama because he saw a commercial"

Espn is making fun of both schools imo. That's just how ignorant people think that have never been down here. There's no sense in having a pissing match over which is worse.

i bet you're part of the crowd that cried foul when ESPN made the commercial about Tennessee fans in the elevator with Corso too weren't you?

Didn't see it, don't care, I am just tired of hearing roll tide every hour on the hour-----MOST UT fans cringe at those words.
