Kirk Cousins completed 70 percent of his passes for the sixth time this season in Sunday's win. The only quarterback with more such games is Russell Wilson (7).

McShay has the Skins taking a WR in his first mock draft. Definitely a position we don't need to use a 1st round pick on.

Cousins playing well so far.

Which is good, since CBS Sports is reporting that the Redskins will either sign a new deal for him or label him the franchise player in the offseason.

The Redskins scored TDs on each of their first three possessions of a game for the first time since September 1999.

It was Cousins' sixth 300-yard passing day of the season, a franchise record. He equaled another club mark, set way back in 1967 by Hall of Famer Sonny Jurgensen, by starting the season with at least one TD throw in 14 straight games.

Kirk Cousins currently leads the NFL in completion percentage (69.7). The last Redskins quarterback to lead the NFL in completion percentage was Sonny Jurgensen in 1970 (59.9 percent).
