Halloween Thread

A neighbor went scouting Friday along our street, and apparently Halloween is on! The previous organizers have faded away, like Homer Simpson into the hedge, so those of us who are living in our houses (many are still hurricane evacuees) are on our own.

- no police, no barricades this year (historically 2500+ trick or treaters and their family members, most of whom are in the street rather than on the sidewalks)

- no candy contributions from area businesses

- kind of a late start to purchasing 2,000 pieces of candy, but here I go! 280 pieces so far

Started putting the lights up today! 🎃🎃🎃
