Halzle vs. Kelly.....does it matter?

Trying to compare offensive coordinators and their play calling........(yeah, some of you always say Josh always calls the plays). Does UT have an OC that matches up to a former HC that has a pretty good winning percentage? Never hardly see Halzle in the public view as you do other OCs. Do we not have an OC that can configure plays that work to take advantage of our opponents' weaknesses? Heuple just said we are not changing the offense for the OSU game. I wonder how much confidence he really has in Halzles' schemes and calls during the game. ? Curious that he hardly ever mentions him during a press conference
