Low emissions? Driving in carpool lane?

The new Prius C is smaller and supposed to get 70mpg. It's tempting to trade my 06 in for it. But mine is paid off and it's nice not having a car payment.

The driving emissions are low, the emissions from making the battery are not. And I didn't consider the carpool lane. We don't really have any here.

then feel free to leave at any time. There is not one single poster that will ever miss your wingnut spam

Consider the feeling mutual.

Why would you think for even an instant I would need your permission to leave? BTW, there are several who have expressed the sentiment that they appreciate my attempts to interject humor into this humorless stale environment you and milo have created on this board.

I won't bother to characterize your posts and no doubt anyone would ever think they are missing anything if you never posted again.

You claimed that I am inhibiting others who might have some valuable contribution, well when I started posting on this board, after two or three posts I would have to go to the pub for any interaction.

Now there are so many posts on this board it's hard to keep up, so either you were lying when you said that or you may have early onset Alzheimers.

George Carlin Stupid People - YouTube

I never got to see him live and it bums me out. Smartest Man to ever do Standup.

Second smartest, you can see the smartest by glancing at my avatar.

Actually he was psychotic, but funny none the less.

BTW, the '60s was the apex of young people rising to the occasion imo but as Ken Keasey said; "if you can remember the '60s, you weren't even there."

When Keasey did his jail time for passing a joint to an underage girl, a friend of mine slept on Keasey's couch and watched out for the digs.

We know one flew over the cookoo's nest, we just don't know how many followed.

Long live the Merry Pranksters screw the Smithzonian, how could they refuse to accept the bus as an example of Americana?

People make a big deal over putting the Discovery in, the bus was much more revelent to reality.

Jeez, where do you think electric koolaid came from, the moon???

I keep telling you ankle biters I don't have a basement, you seem to never get that.

Can you elaborate just exactly what put the bur under your saddle to begin with?

I seem to recall back when you were putting all the threads I started into the gsvol compendium thread, loggin on one morning and finding that four of the top five threads were started by ACLG and the one other thread in the first five at the top of the page was started by the kid from Missippi St. and anyone with one eye and half sense doesn't require more than a few minutes to realize that any post in one of his threads could be described as sophomoric and even that would be an undeserved compliment.

So just what is your major malfunction? Feel free to be as blunt as you wish.

BTW, I have no need to make anything up.

in order to get even close to that mileage figure, you have to drive so slowly you essentially become a traffic hazard

2012 Toyota Prius C First Drive – Reviews – Car and Driver

It might be lighter than a Prius, but the C’s power-to-weight ratio, at about 25 pounds per horsepower, is only slightly better than your author’s. With better gearing, he might be able to get to 60 mph in about the same 11 or so seconds, too. Driven like a normal car, the C is, quite frankly, frustrating.

I'll take a Honda Fit or standard Yaris over any hybrid.

I own a 92 Ford Festiva. I drive it whenever Gas shoots up. Always get a kick out of peoples faces when I get out of it lol. I'm 6'6 360lbs.

I actually had a old Blue Hair come up to me while I was pumping gas one time and ask me how I got in and out of it. She realized her mistake when she saw my Go to Hell Look and said "Oh Sweetheart I didnt mean no harm" I just looked at her and said when I got done filling up I was going to put it back in my pocket and walk home. You know us Fat Guys need all the exercise we can get.

LOL she didn't have anything more to say.

Attached a pic of my daily rider.

Seriously though, we are sticklers at home for separating glass, plastic and paper into the recyclables. A habit we picked up growing up in Germany.
Same, but the city here has separate waste pickup for garbage, glass and then everything else. And my apartment building has this nifty trash chute where you press the button for whatever it is you're throwing out. It's always strange visiting my relatives in Indiana and Tennessee where they don't do any sort of recycling.

I drive my 85 Bronco a lot more than I used to. I figure its my civic duty to help the middle east run out of gas asap.

True. There are no basements on your ward.

Probably no burr under the saddle. Probably just playing "Poke the Loony" like so many others.

Your "recall" is as dysfunctional as the rest of the contents of your cranium. Probably due to storing it all in your anus for so long

Then why do you continually make crap up?

I don't think most people in this country know how to drive to maximize fuel mileage. Also, severe lack of manual transmissions is disheartening as well

It's Ken KESEY, moron. I spoke with him on the phone once when I was younger and exchanged some letters, as he was one of my heroes growing up. I can guarantee everyone on this board that this is a pile of bull**** and would be willing to contact Mr. Kesey again to prove it!

And you leaving here would truly be a great notion...

I also don't believe for a stupid second that gsvol was not invited to this site by the powers that be. What Vol fan would make a joke about early onset Alzheimer's right now? Should be banned for that alone. Why don't you grow a set, pj, and do it?! Freak emailed me that he doesn't question his Mods when they ban someone. You got your ammo and your license to kill! Do it!
