No, it doesn't. Fooling a guy advised by the Keith Easterwoods of the world is one thing. Pulling the wool over the eyes of guys with Torrel Harris and Bob Hurley looking out for them is a whole other matter.
He was in the NBA for four years, thus there's a period where he wasn't coaching collegians. They haven't been stars, but Antonio Burks and Earl Barron have both gotten NBA checks and DaJuan Wagner was a lottery pick. That doesn't factor in Amare and Quyntell Woods both signing with Memphis, then bypassing college. CDR and Dorsey also went from decent players to pros under Cal's watch.Don't know much about the first two. But post-Camby and Pre-Rose, what other player did Cal develop that went on to have success in the NBA?

Didn't say it did. However, if you think Amare doesn't talk up Cal to recruits, dream on.
I'm confident Izzo doesn't want Z Bo speaking on his behalf. What does he say? If I were a top guard from the metro/north area I would also like to hear what Deron Williams has to say about Illinois, Greg Oden and Mike Conley has to say about Thad Matta, and I would keep an ear open to what Shannon Brown, Mo Pete, Zach Randolph and Jason Richardson have to say about Izzo

Question: Why can Cal use those guys as a feather in his cap but Hewitt can't use Young?
Clearly Cal is superior as a coach
I believe both are in the league making a substantial amount of money.
Regardless-- that's not the point, Hat. Do you have to redirect the argument every time you're proven wrong? I'd like to hear you admit, just once, that you're wrong.
