It got started one day when she had just got back in town. I believe she had just got back in from a recruiting visit, and seemed excited about it. I just asked how that years team (1984 or 85) was doing, and she felt they were going to have a great year.
I just said, "I need to get over there, and see your girls play this year." Pat didn't hesitate, she had a few of those schedules with her,
and gave me one. And she would give me
one the next year and the next. Until I got another job and lost touch with her.
No idea where they are. Probably in a shoe box at my folk's house. I didn't throw them away, but cannot safely say I "kept" them.
More importantly, I used them.
Seriously, u believe this. You need to find another page to post

yeah, i do believe it. i lost my mom three months ago due to an unknown lung disease. i watched her suffer with breathing for months without any doctors being able to pinpoint it. if you've never witnessed something like this, yourself, then you can't relate.
there's a reason such diseases are described as terminal. when it gets towards the end, you indirectly hope for a comfortable ending so they don't have to go through this s*** anymore.
Josh Dobbs' mother is in a wheelchair from polymyositis. A horrible disease.I watched both my parents go with terminal diseases.. Mom with lung cancer and Dad with a particularly nasty auto immune disorder called poly-miositis (sp)... Dad's was MUCH worse. It was 15 yrs ago and still painful to talk about..
It SUCKS and you NEVER forget..
God bless Pat and her family..
No one recovers from Alzheimer's, especially a case that has progressed as quickly as Pat's. As unfortunate as it is, there is no turning back.
It's just so sad
I feel bad for Tyler.......He has had a rough year..........Prayers to the Summit Family
