Has anyone heard Hadden is out?

I don't even know who's left to say next man up? Feel like that next man is already playing. But yes from what i saw he has been limited in practice with a hamstring.

Know we try and cross train, and honestly, I've not tracked playing time...but to me, it's time to see the transfers step up...Turnage had some good games last year, but don't think has had much PT this year? Then you've got Walker, Turentine and Dee Williams who you'd think will get more into the rotation...especially Williams.

Bama lost their starting QB....things like that happen. If one player here or there is the difference in victory...we are not there yet.
We’re not supposed to be there yet. We’re ahead of schedule. We’re still thin, especially in the secondary. Even though our offense is elite and we’ve able to hide or overcome our flaws we’re still playing the best program in the country. This is a huge loss if he is indeed out.

Agree...I'm trying to keep even head that we are, in fact, ahead of schedule, and really don't match up...but we have some things in our favor to pull off an upset (QB + home crowd). Know Bama D will limit us more on offense than maybe other teams, but we've still got to limit mistakes and get TDs. If we do that and our front 7 can pressure the QB and create a few short fields, I like our chances, regardless of how limited we are w/ DBs.

Williams was just able to play finally last week....

Good grief. I hope we’re able to raid the portal in the offseason for the defensive backfield. Tomorrow was already going to be a tough day for the secondary.

Limited with a hamstring doesn’t bode well for a cornerback. They require so many change of speeds and direction it’s tortuous on the hamstrings. If he’s limited, he won’t play. It’s too risky to fully tear a hamstring that’s already giving you issues

Why? Apparently we have a great DB coach who can develop players at a high level. At least that’s what some on here would have you believe. Forget the fact we have the worst pass defense in the SEC.

Do I think we’re good on the back end? No I don’t but I also don’t believe we’re as bad as what the UF game showed. The LSU and Pitt game is more like it; granted their Offenses aren’t nearly as good as Bamas
