Our team may not be worse, but our schedule will be tougher. We get to trade one of our wins (NC State) for a game at Oregon. Trading Auburn for Miss. State is a toss-up.

That being said, we have no idea what kind of product Butch Jones will put on the field. It wouldn't take much to flip some of our losses to wins (we could have tied or taken the lead with our last possession in five of our losses).

Strongbad, had we made 3 more defensive stops in about 5 games we would have won those.......

cp goes higher than hunter if they both go this year. very few returners with his talent and the ones that do have a short shelf life. lots of wr's are drafted every year and lots of them returned in college but returning is a bigger deal when productivity is a given.

Tennessee official confirms Omari Phillips, Trent Taylor and Deion Bonner not part of football team

"In addition to the seniors who played their last snap last November, at least six other players won't be back.

Juniors Tyler Bray, Justin Hunter and Cordarrelle Patterson are leaving early for a shot at the NFL, and three young players who ran into disciplinary or academic trouble as true freshmen in 2012 also won't return."

I think people on here are very wrong about his draft stock. He needs to improve his route running skills. I do not see an NFL team drafting him in the first round when he hasn't shown he can run good WR routes. They will not waste a first round pick on a punt returner/ project wide out. If he comes back and improves his WR skills, he would then be a legit first rounder.

Denver took a chance on Tebow & the Raiders drafted a kicker in the 1st round.

Be assured, there are plenty of bone head thinking General Managers in the NFL. Surely, one will take a chance on him....in the 1st round....

Worse. I don't think so.

Worse, offensively, I think so.
New Q.B.
New Offensive Co ordinator.
New coach.
Two starting side receivers need to be replaced (Hunter & C.P.)
The first receiver off the bench needs to be replaced (Zack)
The starting Tight End (rivera) needs to be replaced. Also, a tougher schedule...

Offense will be worse, UNLESS, we get another Jamaal Lewis to play and then throw short or intermediate passes to the receivers until the receivers develope enough in the offense....

what really? you have to try to be that bad. he's a football player not a crack head.

A kid I managed last summer had a few classes with him. It is true that he sat in the back with headphones on every day. He took 0 tests. Literally got 3 0's
