Hate to say it but am rooting for Bama to beat the brakes off GA SECCG

1. Win out
2. Georgia wins out including SECCG
3. TCU and Clemson lose
4. Wildcard could be ole miss. If LSU wins tonight and ole miss beats bama next week. Ole miss could finish 11-1 in that scenario.
5. I don’t think Oregon’s resume with a blow out lose to Georgia gets them in the playoffs

We Beat LSU who beat Ole Miss. . We would have the edge.
If Oregon wins out (beating either USC/UCLA in the Pac 12 they are in at the 3rd spot. They’ll resume will look similar to TN because they get the extra game.

If Georgia goes 13-0 and Tennessee dominates their remaining game then the Vols will have a strong case to be in top 4. Bama winning their remaining games before playing GA would also help Tennessee.
Yup. If we drop to 4 or 5 on Tuesday, we will not get penalized for winning our remaining schedule.

First I'd never pull for Bama.
But heck no! Georgia needs to stomp Bama.
Altho I am pulling for LSU to beat them both. Would be hilarious considering I live around Bama and Georgia fans who trash Kelly as an overrated coach.
LSU beating UGA would be bad too. I personally don’t think a 2 loss SEC champ LSU gets in but many do, so if they beat an undefeated UGA it’s potentially same scenario as Bama beating UGA; we’re still on outside looking in.

11-1 Tennessee and 12-0 TCU will get screwed by the FBS Playoff Voters. I would love to see them play in the Sugar Bowl.

I quit taking people seriously on here who think TCU matters in any way to the SEC’s chances of getting two teams in the playoff….. you are smoking a crack pack if you think a 13-0 TCU is a lock for the playoff.

Hard to take someone serious who calls a crack pipe a crack pack.

Here are the scenarios where TN DOESN’T get in Playoff based upon the SEC. This is what CAN’T happen in the SEC
1. Ole Miss WINS the West .
REASON?
- Our resume strength Is based on GA, Bama, and LSU. We never played Ole Miss so there’s nothing to compare it with.
2. An undefeated GA team losing the Championship game.
REASON?
- With a loss, they take our potential 4th spot.

Oregons resume isn’t close to ours

That’s the opposite of who you should be pulling for. We need UGA to go chalk and win the SEC.
I'm afraid we ain't making the cfb playoff after the cubstomping we just took my friend. No matter what scenerio plays out.

An undefeated P5 champ is a lock. Who can take anyone seriously who thinks otherwise. That exact scenario is the whole reason for the creation of the playoff.

You act like you know so much more than everyone else about this. If TCU wins the B12 and goes undefeated they are in. Don’t know why this is so hard for you to understand. The committee isn’t going to leave out an undefeated B12 champ. Have they ever done that?

I'm going off last year's precedent that was set with 2 SEC teams. If it is Bama and UGA in Atlanta, there is no scenario where Two SEC teams get left out. It will either be UGA and Bama at 12-1 in the playoff or 13-0 UgA and 11-1 Tennessee in the playoff. Clemson losing helps TCU more than helps us.... If Clemson winds up losing tonight, the final spot "up for grabs" falls between the ACC, Big 12, Pac 12 champ..... TCU likely is ahead with a loss by Clemson.... But the CFP made it clear they are not putting up style points.... TCU has no quality opponents left where a win helps them. They need to be blowing the rest of their schedule out. Not win by 10 points vs the heavyweights of WVU and Texas Tech.
