I am outraged by this situation and I have disabled all ads until I can be assured that this situation has been resolved. The no-ads will be the only skin for right now until I can come to a resolution on this issue. I'm very very sorry for the inconvenience.

I appreciate that myrobbins but it's not all good with me. I'm outraged and embarrassed by this situation. I appreciate all those who have posted, emailed me and PM'd me to let me know about it and I'm sorry that everyone has had to experience this.

Don't be embarrassed, it's not your fault. I have full confidence the culprit will be found and we'll soon return to the best sports site on the net (well it's still the best sports site, I meant without the antivirus virus popping up at us :))

I believe everything has been resolved. Please let me know immediately if you see anything like this in the future. I do not tolerate any types of popup or otherwise intrusive advertisements on this site.

Just got a pop up that said "Return to the Outdoors with Timex"..... And another about something called RA

I've yet to get any pop-up ads on VN. Strange.

Freak is obviously on it, since the ads are off again today.

Trying to get the ad issues resolved before I work on any more skins. Something else specific you have in mind?


Everyone please keep me posted if you have any more issues with popups, sound ads, or anything obtrusive or inappropriate.

Yea, it was down from 6:45 to 7:10 that I noticed. Could have been longer but I don't know for sure. It had something to do with the network.

I think it went down around 6:00pm yesterday. I know I was trying to get on for about 30 mins. and it was a no go.

When you say down, were you getting a page could not be found/displayed message?
