Thank you.At least we can agree on the big red machine.Im not so sure the lakers weren't a better team back in Wlt Chamberlain, Jerry West days?
They didn't have complimentary players like Worthy, Scott, and McAdoo.

Gail Goodrich,Jim McMillian, and Happy Hairston were no slackers.

Shaq will be too much for the Mavs to overcome. Diop and Dampier will have nightmares for years to come over having to guard Big Daddy. Heat in six.

Not true. I see a perfect opportunity for Diop and Dampier. They can at least matchup against Shaq from time to time, and since there are two of them, they can share the fouls while using the ol' Hack-N-Shaq (Developed right here in Portland :D).

While I'd love to see Shaq get his 4th ring and the Heat win, if I had to bet I'd pick the Mavs. I can't begin to fathom a team with Antoine Walker AND Gary Payton winning a NBA championship.

What do you have against the Glove? He's one of the 10 greatest point guards of all time.

Just never cared for him, although I feel he's prospered with his new backup role in Miami.

A lot of people around here are rooting for the Heat 'cause of Payton. He's still legendary from his days at OSU.

I'll take a stab, based only on my sense of where momentum is right now for both teams.

Mavs in six.

I probably just cursed the Mavs, so take heart Heat lovers...

Watching him live last Friday, it struck me how much he has lost as a player. He's a serviceable backup, but that's it. His back problems have really robbed him of his mobility.

That's the last time they were any good.

If the HEAT don't find some answers for their perimeter defensive problems, this is going to be a very short series. I bet Riles would have loved to have Charles Oakley or Anthony Mason down low to knock Jason Terry on his a$$ on one of those drives.

The only thing I don't like about the Mav's, Mark Cuban.Sorry Milo.

I think he's one of the best owners in sports.

Same here. Gotta love the owner that's actually a fan of his team, as opposed to the money his team generates.

That's what makes him great. He could care less about the bottom line. He owns the team because he can.
