great series. heat got alot of favorable calls. but the mavs had plenty of opportunities to put miami away.


dwayne wade will be a mega super incredible star. and i think josh howard has made a name for himself in this series.

Please. I'm about to give Miami it's due, so hold on. But that suspension was the most meritless I've ever seen. It was a definite flagrant, don't get me wrong. But if that foul warranted a suspension then Rocky deserves another sequel.

However. Tonight, the Heat played harder than the Mavs. Period. Wade played big, Mourning was a human flyswatter. Dallas just couldn't get any shots to fall. So congrats to Miami on their first NBA title.

Did you see the foul call late on Wade where he elbowed Dirk as he was heading to the basket and they called it on Dirk? Classic!

Wade was the man and it was nice to see Old Man Mourning get into the action tonight.

i walked into the room right when that happened and my dad was just sitting there laughing... dirk is one of the ugliest people i've seen in awhile... and he and cuban are whiners

I live in Memphis. I was one of his FEW supporters around here until he came back to town for the first game against his former team, the Grizzlies. A local reporter tried to be cordial in a post game interview by saying he was in town for a long time and asked if there was anything he missed about Memphis and his response was " I miss South Beach." The dude is just a self absorbed punk and I loved seeing Toine Walker get up in his face big time early in the season after one of his showboat errant passes. By the way, if you think he is the Whit E Boy, apparently you have never heard him speak..

Antoine Walker reprimanding anyone for showboating is like Ruben Studdard telling someone they eat too much. Having spent a great deal of time in both Miami and Memphis, I have to say I understand J-Will's position. Memphis is a nice city, but Beale Street ain't Collins Avenue.
