The Titans are probably trying to get more KY fans in the stands. I'd much rather see them get Hendon Hooker, but he probably has a better chance of starting sooner in Detroit.

Goff is the starter. Has 2 years left on his deal, with his 2024 dead space cap hit of about $5M. Hooker has no pressure to play now and can get back to 100%, learn an NFL playbook, and learn how to be a pro. This and LAR or MIN this was as good a landing spot as he could've hoped for.

Plus....Detroit is a team on the rise. Dan Campbell is probably my favorite coach in the NFL. Very likeable guy and building a good culture there. Hard nosed Defense. To be in an offense with St. Brown and Gibbs is a great start. They have got some good pieces. Especially on defense.
