Here comes Mizzou

They could easily send auburn east, go to a nine game conference schedule and keep all the rivalries.

I get what youre saying. I forgot about the old arrangment from 92-02. Makes sense

Yeah. I tried posting it in the main board, but they're too busy doing the "oh no the sky is falling!" thing

And if Alabama is one of the cross-division rivals, who is the other? My preference would be a cupcake like Ole Miss.

I'd love ole miss, I could easily see Arkansas again

Possibly a new team candidate

Yeah, but people are then going into "argh we'll never play the others again!!!"

I don't think the SEC commish and you see eye to eye on that. From what I can gather UNC is Slive's dream get but that's very unlikely to happen and FSU is next in line with VT in 3rd. That unspoken handshake to block other instate schools is bs from what I've read and the ACC buyout isn't going to stop any schools from leaving for the SEC if both parties want to make it happen.

My guess is A&M, Mizzou and 2 of FSU/VT/Maryland/Clemson. IMO JMO

Never gonna happen :salute:

Well it has been publicized that the Big 12 interim commish is meeting with Mizzou on Monday, the Mizzou Board of Curators are meeting on Tuesday, and the SEC AD's are meeting on Wednesday.

First and second are totally about where Mizzou is gonna be next year, the third is possibly coincidence, which is probably the case but more 'fun' to rumor it up that they're gonna vote on Mizzou because we all know it's the AD's and not the school Presidents that vote, amiright? :p

I could live with Mizzou in the SEC because it gives me another driveable game to see the Vols in person. :)
