Wow I had no idea Lenin was an America soldier that attended West Point then went on to control all of Russia . That damn Vlad was a powerful son of a gun . Frickin public school system let me down again teaching me the wrong things . I got some really bad news ( speaking of West Point ) just wait until somebody tells the anti history kids/ people who established West Point and about all those monuments located there . I can’t wait to see what they do about that one .

Considering that Lee is a part of Richmond and southern heritage, I fail to see an equivalency. If a particular city or region wants to have or not have these memorials then it is up to them. Just surprised Lenin would warrant a place.

I'm no fan of Lenin or any other communist, but if you can't see the cognitive dissonance of being upset about a statue of Lenin, while criticizing others for being upset about a statue of a guy who went to war against the US, I can't argue with you.
