Here we go again!

UGA please focus on the fact we got curb stomped by Mizzou who you beat. No need to take this game seriously for you all. You are already in the SEC championship game and whether you win or lose that game will decide your CFP hopes. This game has no bearing. Please rest all of your starters and overlook us. Hehehe.

Appreciate the feigned humility but anyone objective has to say that UGA ought to be a heavy, heavy, favorite. That's no knock on Tennessee. Just reality of how far ahead of the curve UGA is.
We are ahead however, my humility is not feigned. You know how many times I have had to come and take my lumps when I thought we were ahead. (04, 07, 15). Vegas knows something and that scares me

It will be a few years at least before anyone starts to seriously compete with Georgia in the East. The talent level and depth is so much better than everyone else’s.
Coach Kirby Smart is the best thing that has happen to UGA football.

Yep! Anyone can be an X's and O's coach. But when you recruit like Coach Smart does. It makes things wayyyy easier.
Kirby's a damn good coach period. Saban and Kirby are what happens when a very good coach gets the best players. Jimbo Fisher, Ed Odgeron and Ron Zook are what happens when you have a mediocre coach who gets great talent. They might catch lightning in a bottle but they don't sustain it.

If we had beaten Mizzou, even in a close one, I would have said TN had the momentum and advantage being at home, now ... not so much. I expect a much better effort than the Mizzou debacle, but GA is a lil too deep and talented for us to get the W I think. TN would have to play their best and get a few football breaks to go their way to pull the upset. Probable ... no, impossible ... also no.

GO VOLS!

Your pass defense is off the charts.

and we are susceptible to outside runs. We have trouble setting the edge, and we don't have a true run stopper in the middle. If yall can successfully run the ball, slow the game down, and keep the crowd in it. We are in trouble.

We won’t play as bad as we did on Sat and UGA won’t play as well as they did.

My rational lean is UGA by 10 but my heart says an upset is a brewing.
If you think an upset is brewing you didn't watch the Missouri game. Did you notice TN didn't score a FN point for 3 full quarters? Vandy scored 21 on Missouri....YES VANDY!!!

I'm not part of "y'all" in the traditional sense here.

I'm a Gator fan and already saw what awaits UT next weekend. I weep for them.

I thought Georgia was more getable this year, but they may have in fact flipped the switch that off week before the cocktail party game. I was somewhat encouraged by the game Missouri gave them, but it appears Missouri is probably in actuality the third (or fourth at worst) best team in the conference. I guess we'll find out for sure this weekend.

We might have had a shot with our full roster. Way too many key pieces out for the season now though. Could get ugly
This^ If you are like UGA & Bama 2 Deep with SEC caliber players its different. 3 years ago, we had 30 players portal due to the Pruitt fiasco and we have recruiting sanctions. We lost Pili 1st game were without Mays we Lost Bru McCoy, hurt no experienced replacements & Thorton out for the year and several others like our best DB Hadden out for year & Arion Carter and some more with minimal experience anyway but out with injuries. We can't really sustain any kind of negative in a game much less losing players like this while already playing with a bare minimum's personnel deck. Being the most penalized team in the SEC I look for UGA to have maybe 2 penalties and us between 7 to 10 for around 80-90 yards. UGA game will look a lot like the Ole Miss game IMO, we may not score as much but I see it around 52 to 14 they are just stacked with talent Derek Dooley could win with that talent.

It's that magical time of the year again when we gather 'round to witness the clash of these two great programs. Honestly, predicting what'll unfold in this game is like trying to forecast the weather in Georgia– just wait 20 minutes and it'll change. Our defense is injured but looking to fill in with freshman linebackers, Brocks not 100%, our D Line is not what it was, and I'm sure the stadium will be rocking.

I'm more concerned than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs. Ignore those overconfident folks who claim its going to be a blow out. Deep down, we all know its going to be a damn war! I pray for a good close game with no injuries on either side. Now let the hate begin! Go Dawgs!

As much as I loathe both of your programs, you are both being too nice and frankly blowing a little smoke at us. We are straight up garbage in every facet of the game other than special teams. We are undisciplined, slow, and lack physicality. We have a handful of good players like Wright and Pearce to mask this against inferior competition. Against good teams, we get exposed, especially for our weakness on the LOS.

Georgia is a fundamentally sound, disciplined, and very talented team. This game will be over by early in the third, if not before.

I saw us play the worst game of offense since CJH has been here. I don’t think we play that bad two weeks in a row. Especially at home.

As I said, I’m not expecting a win but we could pull off an upset. COULD.

I wouldn’t have said that under previous coaching staffs.

I think Georgia would have to help Tennessee for the Vols to win. Georgia usually doesn't play bad against Tennessee but we will see.

Georgia does this every year. IMO, Georgia's struggles were 19-22 year olds not getting excited about playing a bad Auburn team or Ball State. Once they got into actual matchups, they showed up.
