when you look at it,CHW record is pretty good,she was close to making the FF 3 times,so if she had won one or two of those,everybody wouldn't be so negative about her or the team

Well, Holly, a 2 time AA, national champion winner, and first Lady Vol to have her jersey retired, coached, and was appointed head coach, by the best women's basketball coach of all time, Pat Summitt (spelled correctly) but, please, tell us what you know of the game, and how you know what cuts it, and what doesn't

This would be an appropriate response the first year Holly was given the job but she's had it for 4 years and has CLEARLY underachieved with the talent she has. Unfortunately, all indications are that the talent level may be decreasing. Why would we expect her to start overachieving when she's been underachieving?

so your saying all the injuries that have plagued this team are nonexistent ? do some home work and you will see a severely banged up team since CHW took over

The question might be though is there any connection between the rash of injuries the LVs have experienced over the last few years and anything about the way CHW runs the program? The same could be asked about JPM and Duke. Is it just a fluke or is there some common thread, the most usual being the failure to recognize a health issue soon enough and sit a player out? Not sure, but if a coach's program frequently has injury issues, there's likely to be concerns that they may not just be the result of an awkward landing here or a hard fall there. In the end, even if it is just a set of random freak injuries, the bottom line for coaches is always the results and the record.

I am getting the feeling reading about the injuries that have plagued the LV program, and Holly has done a noble job overcoming, that many are in favor of giving Holly an extension and be the face of our program for a good while longer..... she is deserving of this..... that is kinda what I am hearing....
