Easily the dumbest thing you've ever said.
It's politics, dude. Stop huffing spraypaint.
4 different women?
Let's see Bush, McCain, Obama, Kerry, etc all managed to run for President without people coming forward accusing them of sexual harassment.......
Bialeck's credibility is shot. Very surprised that Allred marched out there with her. She held 8 or 9 jobs over 17 years and declared bankruptcy twice. She filed, and lost, a paternity case against a man at another company. She was described by someone who knows her as a "gold digger".
Now accuser number two has an AP story that says she made up a frivilous S/H claim when she didn't get to work from home at her next employer. She complained over a fairly innocuous joke... and get this... She solicited a coworker to become a witness as she tried to bait a manager into saying something that could be construed as S/H.
She and the other "accuser" agreed to leave the company for basically what a company would give to someone as severance after being fired for cause. Since that is probably an amount LESS than lawyer's fees required to defend the case... there is a GREAT chance that the charges were going to be laughed out of court.
I am still waiting. I don't like that he may have propositioned women who weren't his wife. That goes to his integrity. However, everything actual detail that has come up concerning the harassment is much ado about nothing.

I think he is lying because he has DEFINITELY, and this is not debatable, lied from the getgo about what he remembers of how the allegations and settlement were handled.
.
Thats the odd part. Out of 4 you would think one or two would have pressed charges at the time. Not saying it didn't happen once or all four times, but this makes it odd.
I am just curious, how do you feel about the Kobe Bryant rape case?
LG is supposed to be a lawyer, yet he, among others, are already declaring Cain guilty before any facts are known (especially in regard to the NRA settlement). The Bialek issue doesn't even fit the legal description of harassment.
This IS the most stupid thing you could say.
The biggest problem we have as that we have cynically accepted that its "politics" rather than demanding character and honesty from our leaders.
If Cain is guilty... even of propositioning one or more of these women... it is very unlikely I will vote for him.
People like you complain about gov't corruption then excuse immoral and unethical behavior as "politics"... when of course "your side" is revealed to be hypocritical and something less than morally superior.
WASHINGTON (AP) -- A woman who settled a sexual harassment complaint against GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain in 1999 complained three years later at her next job about unfair treatment, saying she should be allowed to work from home after a serious car accident and accusing a manager of circulating a sexually charged email, The Associated Press has learned.
Each of the accusers was asking him for some sort of job-related assistance, whether it be a new job or a promotion, and the claim is that he used his power over them to seek sexual favors. They are all similar in appearance.
He did it.
Its over.
