Clinton committed perjury. For a lawyer, that should be one of the most offensive things someone could do.

Here's what a REAL SH complaint resolution looks like: $850K. That's what Paula Jones got from Clinton so he could avoid court. I'm going to add a math detail for your benefit: $850K plus attorney costs to avoid court for over 4 years > $45K and NO court at all. Good lawyers can smell the kind of money that you get from a credible SH case. If there had been a sufficient case against Cain, it would not have settled for that money with women who have now all of a sudden gotten courage. These women see $$$$.

Broderick/Willey were not willing. And though Willey and Linda Tripp both had credibility issues... by the rule you apply to Cain they must be telling the truth.

Mr Lawyer, you need to do some sexual harassment research. EVEN IF a subordinate is "willing", sexual harassment has potentially been committed if the relationship involves someone very powerful and someone who is not. The idea is that the power of the person's position is a tool of manipulation EVEN IF the "victim" insists they were willing. CEO's have gone down for junk like that.


It is also noteworthy that the only complaints come from a short span of Cain's career at a Washington lobbying organization's office. It seems that no one at a different organization complained though there would have been a great opportunity to cash in by doing so... and there still is. That makes the possibility of political motivation on the part of the accusers and their coaches very relevant.

Your "logic" here is so completely inconsistent that the one person we can be sure that is being deceptive on this.... is you.

I don't know for sure if Cain is guilty of anything, something more, or something less. I no longer know if I can vote for him. I am doing what you as a lawyer should do... I'm letting the facts come to me and evaluating them as they are revealed.

I have an agenda. I want a man of integrity that will push libertarian/conservative principles as President. If Cain fails either test, my agenda becomes "defeat Cain".

Your agenda... is far different in both its goals and approach to "facts".

POLITICIANS could give a rat's festering ass about moral character. They only care what idiotic voters like you and I think because our thoughts and feelings determine whether they retain power or not.

I was also criticizing your apparent belief that the right is incapable of emitting a fart that doesn't smell like Febreeze. All I hear out of you is left, left, left, left, left as if all politicians aren't snakes.

I don't excuse it, and I don't condone it, but my head's just far enough out of the ground to see that it's the truth and there's very little you and I can do about it.

Also, you don't know jack squat about "my side." I'm not foolish enough to subscribe to an entire political ideology. But go ahead and give me your reasons for why I must be part of "the left" other than the fact that I disagree with just about everything you say.
