Heupel hesitancy his only downfall.

Milton sure does lead with his mouth. Every time he runs the ball he will stand up and look at the opposing player in the face and they have a conversation. I guess it’s one of those things where if we are winning the football game, it’s not that big of a deal. But in a loss, it looks terrible from a leader on your team. But I guess I could’ve said the same thing about Kamal Hadden last year.
Sad thing is majority of players do that ish. Most players are selfish, and want thier few seconds of glory...also trash talking is part of the game whether bragging while winning or talking trash while losing..only people that make this an issue have no experience in competitive sports beyond little league/pop warner

There is no one behind him worth playing or they would be and that is another major issue with Banks. He isn’t a good recruiter
That’s not true. Not any more true than saying there’s no one behind Milton worth playing and Heupel isn’t a good recruiter.

We’ve seen some freshman come in an display much more upside than the veterans they are behind at different positions.
Heupel is very reluctant to play them much at all.
It’s time to change that.

Well, the UCF fans mention that Heupel ran a "4 play" offense and that it was effective because the opponents defense got gassed and the speed of the offense led to confusion. They also bemoaned his tendency to avoid the middle of the field and lack of use of the TE. One post in particular kinda summed things up:
I mean, where’s this not accurate at?

Whenever a player isn't performing at a certain level time for change. Hès a good coach just gotta know you gotta have a leader on the field that leads by example.
I think his leaders were injured and not available honestly. Injuries limit what you can do and they have piled up over the last three weeks.

Halloween is over, but when I read their boards, I got a bit spooked. Hoping it's just sour grapes, but there's a lot of complaints that sound awfully familiar. Several folks were pretty glad to see him move on. Then again, they've not exactly been tearing things up since he departed so there's that.

I don’t agree. But thanks for dumbing it down for all of us.

Which part do you nor agree??? Have you watched other games?? Hell even professionals down big will still talk trash and showboat for trivial accomplishments
I don’t disagree that it happens everywhere and at any level. I disagree with it happening at all. Just do your job, right or wrong and be humble.

Have you ever played high level sports. Talking d1 or above?
No, and the vast majority of people haven’t either. Doesn’t have anything to do with being humble. I understand it happens, but it’s not something to be proud of.

I understand your position...I to agree its dumb...but humble isnt in our society. That been obvious in sports since the 70s..possibly before. Although back then then fought instead of talking trash..point is at high level athletes are constantly trying to hype themselves up to increase perfomance...so you have an big play..truck a guy...you talk a lil smack do your lil dance and get ready for the next play...on a high..your also pushing the other guy maki bg sure tour getting thier best...childish maybe...but until you compete at that level you truly cant understand

Agreed. Except that it should be in our society. Thats my only argument as small as it may be.

If 8-4 or 7-5 is the goal. Milton is the man. He is not anywhere close to Hooker. Never will be. Some have it, some don't. Great kid I'm sure. Looking forward to someone else at QB.
